    now i am fed up with uninor…it was a best network but you fucker now you are not good….

    • I though airtel was the worst. Now i realised Uninor too.
      I am just sharing my bad experience with airtel. Airtel has lots of problems. Complaints gets resolved within hours for Landline phones whereas Airtel mobile postpaid and prepaid customers suffer a lot. Even in my case, they activated cricket pack without my knowledge. (What is Airtel cricket pack… What everyone known, they send it via sms like tendulkar is the first person to score 100 centuries etc and charge Re.1 per sms. Then i called many times. They discontinue the pack. Thank god. But the devil in Airtel still knows how to make money. They are deactivated the package but Charging me everymonth

    I Was Speak With Your CSR name (TINAG s chauhan) on this time 1:00 AM 4/11/2012. i was tell him my balance is deducted on 8487815310 and i want to complain regarding this first he tell me your balance is deducted For Music Unlimited Service Rs 15 on 30th of March. I wall tell him i want to Refund My Balance You can Raise Complain but CSR ( TINAG S CHAUHAN) Told me there is no any complain Regarding this. then after i was tell him please transfer to your senior Executive he was directly Told me there is no any Senior Executive. After Few Minutes Conversation Without Informing Me Directly Call Transfer to Senior Executive ( Dinesh patel ). I was tell all conversation of CSR but Senior Executive have not Knowledge of any service He was Directly Provide me your Number and and Wrong E-mail id (authority.gujarat@uninor.in) and Without Informing Me Call Disconnected. And I already Tell Him Please Note Down My Complain but your CSR Disconnected the call. I want My Balance Waiver and Legal Action Of Both Executive. If you can not Do any thing I will Complain in Grahak Suraksha. So Please Reply me Positive Feedback of this mail within 24 hours. Not Only Feedback My Balance Rs15 and also what action do for this Rubbish things. IF U want to Proof Of all conversation u have all systems is available. Because i am also Team Leader in BPO So Don’t Forget me. Its Very Serious about Your Service.

    thing is that, I was not able to activate on of ur skim of rs 22 from ur IVR
    thats why I just give U call to your cust care on sunday after
    completion of 48hrs (as I heard in your IVR)

    I had given U call 3times coz ur executive told me that ur system is
    under system updation. (back to back 3 hrs)
    on my third try
    I told Ur executive to transfer the line to supervisor
    he put me on hold & on next second disconnected the line

    then I received cust satisfaction msg from ur side, i replied with ”
    NO ” coz I m not happy with Ur system & ur cust care

    after 10-15 min, I got msg from ur side that
    ” DEAR SUBSCRIBER YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY ACTIVATED MY MUSIC SERVICE AT RS 30 ”

    AT THAT TIMT I HAD NOT CALL ANY NUM,
    & NOT RECEIVED ANY PROMO CALL FROM UR SIDE (AS I M DND CUST)
    THEN WHEREZ THE MY MONEY GONE ????????

  18. MY NAME IS MOHSIN. And i have a uninor prepaid card. And its no. Is 8401107042. Many time my balance deducted from my account. And when i call customer care for balance deduction inquary and after any disputed my call is disconcted by agent.
